Shipping costs and delivery area

The shipping methods available for your delivery address and the final shipping price are displayed in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Germany and Austria

• Parcel shipping: €6.00 including statutory VAT
• Free shipping for tasting cases marked accordingly in the shop and for orders of 12 bottles or more
• Collection from the winery: free of charge after confirmation that the order is ready

Other countries available at checkout

Parcel shipping: €21.42 including statutory VAT. If additional taxes, excise duties, charges or delivery surcharges arise in the destination country, they will either be shown before the contract is concluded or must be paid by the recipient in accordance with the rules applicable there.

Delivery time

Unless otherwise stated for the product, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days from conclusion of the contract; for advance payment, the period begins when payment is received. Shipping may be delayed during extreme temperatures or other conditions that could affect wine quality. We will inform you promptly if this occurs.

Shipping restrictions and age requirements

Alcoholic beverages are supplied only to persons who have reached the legally required minimum age. We may request suitable proof of age before dispatch or upon delivery. Please also note the restrictions displayed at checkout for the relevant delivery country.
